By creating an account or using DuraMater you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Not a diagnosis

DuraMater helps you understand your lab results. Scores, flags and summaries are screening information only. They are not a medical diagnosis, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor. Always discuss your results with a doctor before making decisions about your health or treatment.

Values are read automatically from the reports you upload and compared with the reference ranges printed on them. Automatic reading can make mistakes — check the original report if a value looks wrong.

If you feel unwell or think you may have a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.
• Provide accurate details and keep your password private.
• Only upload reports that belong to you, or that you have permission to upload.

Tests and payments

Sample collection and testing are carried out by partner NABL-accredited laboratories. Prices are shown before you book, and payment is collected as described at the time of booking.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service — for example by accessing other people’s data, interfering with the platform, or uploading files that aren’t lab reports.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will ask you to review and accept them again.
